Order Processing Times

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment is received. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, but times may be extended during high-demand periods or for made-to-order products.

Delivery Times & Locations

UK Shipping: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.
International Shipping: Available to select destinations. Delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout, generally 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may be subject to courier or customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total, the products selected, and destination.

Any customs or import duties for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Couriers & Tracking

We use trusted national and international couriers for all deliveries. Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Royal Mail does not consider 2nd Class items officially delayed until 10 working days after dispatch.

If you have not received your parcel:

  • After 7 working days: Please contact us so we can check on its progress
  • After 10 working days: We will offer a replacement or refund (if the item is still in stock)
  • If the original parcel later arrives, please let us know — we may request its return (at no cost to you).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@boxyandco.co within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delivery Restrictions & Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address details. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Additional Information

Delivery windows may be affected by external factors such as peak mail periods, severe weather, or customs delays. Please allow extra time during these periods.
